Responsibilities
Craft hot and cold espresso, tea and coffee beverages according
to our beverage program processes and standards
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee workstation and back counter
space, including cleaning and care of the espresso machine per
our standards
Assist with inventory of coffee, tea, beverages, condiments,
paper goods and serving ware
Adhere to all Dept. of Health regulations and health and hygiene
standards as set forth in the employee handbook
Requirements
Preference for experience as a barista, bartender, counter
server or similar hospitality function
Some knowledge/experience with coffee is preferred, but above
all we ask that you be open to learning the best way to craft
exceptional beverages and care for the coffee equipment, even if
it differs from what you may have learned previously at other
establishments
Willing to work early morning hours – we open at 6am
