Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef with all
tasks related to the daily production of breads, Viennoiserie
and pastry
Maintain cleanliness of all workstations
Adhere to all Dept. of Health regulations and health and hygiene
standards as set forth in the employee handbook
Requirements
Pastry certificate or degree from a reputable institution
Willing to work bakery hours (early mornings)
Basic experience with the following or desire to learn: Bread, Viennoiserie, Choux, Sponges, Short crusts, Mousses, creams and fillings, Entremets, Macarons, Confiserie, Chocolate work, etc.
